Why this Campaign
January 2026 marks 17 years since I created the FilmHaiti.com platform. It was in 2009. A revolutionary idea for the time, archiving Haitian films and videos on a single site and making them accessible to a wide audience. Despite the difficulties, we managed to maintain and even produce some exclusive content. Today we would like to go further, creating more content that can represent the different facets of the Haitian soul while favoring the emergence of new talent, as we are accustomed to doing. But this requires resources, in a context of crisis and the absence of sponsors. In this sense, we ask for contributions from those who can and those who want to, in parallel with the “premium” films that continue to be sold on the site. You can contribute to this effort with a small (or big) donation.
