1. Rental Period and Access

  • 3-Day Window: All film rentals grant a license to view the content for exactly 72 hours (3 days).
  • Activation: The 72-hour rental period begins immediately upon successful payment confirmation.
  • Expiration: Access automatically revokes at the exact minute the 72-hour window expires.
  • Streaming Only: Rentals are for online streaming purposes only. Downloading content is strictly prohibited.

2. Accounts and Security

  • Eligibility: You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) to rent films. You represent and warrant that: (i) You have the legal right to use any credit or debit card(s) or other payment method(s) in connection with any order; and that (ii) the information you supply to us is true, correct and complete. By submitting such information, You grant us the right to provide the information to payment processing third parties for purposes of facilitating the completion of your order.
  • Account Safety: You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
  • Device Limits: Simultaneous streaming is restricted to 2 devices per account.

3. Payments, Billing, and Refunds

  • Pricing: All rental fees are listed in multiple currencies and are subject to change without prior notice.
  • Immediate Billing: Your chosen payment method will be charged immediately upon clicking the purchase button.
  • Refund Policy: Due to the digital nature of the service, all rentals are final and non-refundable once playback has started.
  • Technical Issues: If a technical glitch on our end prevents viewing, contact customer support within 24 hours for a resolution.
  • Dispute Resolution: You agree to contact our customer support team to resolve issues before opening a formal dispute on PayPal, Mon Cash or any other payment provider we may use. If you have any other concern or dispute about the service, you agree to first try to resolve the dispute informally by contacting our support team.

4. Intellectual Property and Usage Restrictions

  • Limited License: Rentals grant a personal, non-commercial, non-transferable viewing license. The service is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws of both Haiti and foreign countries.
  • No Public Screenings: You may not broadcast, publicly perform, or commercially exploit any rented films.
  • Prohibited Actions: Copying, recording, ripping, or modifying the video streams will result in immediate account termination and potential legal action.
  • Termination: We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach these Terms and Conditions. Upon termination, your right to use the service will cease immediately. If you wish to terminate your account, you may simply discontinue using the service.

5. Limitation of Liability

  • “As-Is” Service: We provide the streaming platform on an “as-is” and “as-available” basis. We do not make any representation or warranty of any kind, express or implied: (i) as to the operation or availability of the service, or the information, content, and materials or products included thereon; (ii) that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free; (iii) as to the accuracy, reliability, or currency of any information or content provided through the service; or (iv) that the service, its servers, the content, or e-mails sent from or on our behalf are free of viruses, scripts, trojan horses, worms, malware, timebombs or other harmful components.
  • Internet Quality: We are not responsible for playback buffering or quality issues caused by your internet connection or hardware.
  • Maximum Liability: Our total liability for any claim arising from a rental shall not exceed the fee paid for that specific rental.

6. Governing Law

  • Jurisdiction: These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Haiti. Your use of our service may also be subject to other local, state, national, or international laws.

Changes to These Terms and Conditions

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material we will make reasonable efforts to provide at least 30 days’ notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.

By continuing to access or use our service after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms. If you do not agree to the new terms, in whole or in part, please stop using the website and the Service.
