Rara is a specific part of the vodoo ritual where people gather at night following the drums and “vaksin” until sunrise. This is an electronic version of the rhythm with the lead vocal of Claude Similus bringing politically fueled lyrics. This was shot almost 20 years ago. It is sadly amazing that the message is still badly contemporary.
