Jalousie is a hill near Petion-Ville, a commercial and residential neighborhood of Port-au-Prince. On the hill there is a slum. The Jalousie project is an attempt to transform the slum into a naive painting by putting colors and art with the help of Patrick Vilaire as well as improving the living of the people in there.
