Ce film est à moitié fiction, à moitié documentaire. Esperancia est une fillette vivant avec ses parents à la campagne. Les temps deviennent durs et toute la famille déménage vers la grande ville. Esperancia se retrouve à visiter l’un des bidonvilles surplombant la capitale où elle apprend comment il peut être difficile d’obtenir un peu d’eau propre.

    all the organization that involve in these projects can do better than that. they choose to play alone with their agendas. a few people in Haiti too are acting like a fool; they think they know everything…
