With its rich history and touristic potential Cazal is a small community not far from the popular beaches of the Arcadins coast. Most inhabitants descent from Polish soldiers who deserted the ranks of the powerful army Napoleon sent in an attempt to reinstate slavery.

    j’ai laiser haiti quand j’avais 14 ans, il y a 16 ans de cela c’est bien de pouvoir montré a mes enfants l’hitoir de notre peuple . la petite fille me resemble je l aurais adopter meme yeux que moi. MONTRÉAL

    cazale,terre de soleil brillant,de misere et d’entrave.si tu reclames “justice”,tu verras ta beaute revivre encore.Et ton jardin barde de roses rouges me fera inspirer aisement des rimes douces,douces comme tes jolies filles aux levres sucrieres et je chanterai a temps tes peines ou fantaisies a la pin-up de la vie…..TI COULEUVRE.

    Bardzo sie ciesze ,ze w dalekiej Haity mieszka pokolenia polakow.Polakow,ktorzy nie znajac kraju swoich pradziadow przyznaja sie do polskich korzeni.Smutno mi bardzo,ze sa biedni chetnie nawiaze znajomosc z kobieta w wieku 55 do 60 lat.

    Cazal, I grow up going to Cazal every Tuesday from Cabaret. I miss that place and at one time it was my dream to go there and stay because of the people, the water and the ambiance. There are so many good things to say about Cazal that if I have to start, it will take me so long to describe that beautiful place. Thank you, thank you so much.

    c’est un documentaire de guerda l’ancienne 1ère dame d’Haiti et aussi une cazaloise. Elle a réalisée ce documentaire pour s’enrichir sur le pauvre peuple cazalois. tous ces projet et l’atelier qu’on vient nous montre là sont maintenant disparus. Guerda a tout abandonnée.
    les pauvres cazalois!!! un si beau quartier.
    je vous pleind.

    Je n’ai encore jamais entendu dire que quelqu’un se soit enrichi après avoir fait un documentaire. Ce serait une première mondiale.
    Par contre je constate tous les jours que des gens profitent de l’anonymat d’internet pour dire du mal d’autrui. C’est assez dégueulasse.

    Wow i love it im wondering if my family were from cazale growing up I always wondered where my last name came from CREPSAC i recently found family members a few years ago i was told we were of Polish decent i can only trace back to port au prince anyway great documentary none the less keep up the good work!
